Administrative Requirements :
- 1 year dealership experience preferred
- Previous multi-line phone experience required
- Commitment to providing memorable customer experiences
- Professional personal appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Responsibilities :
- Answer all incoming calls quickly and courteously
- Set appointments for sales & service customers
- Greet all visitors with a welcoming manner (provide directions as needed)
- Stock keys for new inventory
- Distribute / mail customer tags
- Outbound calls responding to customer inquiries
- Other duties as needed
Schedule :
- Alternating Saturdays
- Monday - Friday we have flexible options!
- This is a Full-Time position
