Full-time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to become a valuable member of our dynamic team. In this position, you will assess patients’ needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement effective rehabilitation strategies.

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver holistic care aimed at enhancing patients’ mobility, strength, and overall well-being.

Salary :

$90,000-$120,000 per year (depending on experience) plus full benefits

Schedule :

Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM

Types of Patients : Geriatric patients and Adults

Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations.
  • Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols
  • Create treatment strategies using a range of therapeutic methods for each patient
  • Perform physical therapy as directed by a doctor to reduce pain and improve mobility for patients
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions and care planning.
  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
  • Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
