DIRECTOR OF NURSING
- Job Summary : * * We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing administration and a deep understanding of various care settings.
- Responsibilities : * * - Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures - Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing staff - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care - Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided - Manage budgets and resources effectively * *Experience : * * - Bachelor's degree in Nursing;
Master's degree preferred - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role - Strong knowledge of physiology, care plans, acute care, home care, Medicare regulations, nursing home operations, and hospice care - Experience working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals This position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.
