A small law firm is hiring a bilingual Receptionist in West Palm Beach, 33401. The position pays $18.00 / hr and offers full time hours + benefits and regular pay increases.
The receptionist provides a clear path into a legal assistant or legal secretary role for the right person after 12 months.
The receptionist is responsible for answering inbound calls, transferring to the correct extension, taking messages or providing basic customer service (mailing address, directions, etc).
Additionally you will handle basic clerical and administrative duties as needed; filing, faxing, scanning mail, data entry.
