We are seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined Entry-Level Fabrication Shop Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals excited to learn, contribute to a skilled team, and grow within a supportive work environment.
You will learn to operate machinery and specialty equipment, as well as help in other areas to improvement our team's efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Provide essential support to our Fabrication department, helping maintain an organized and efficient shop and yard space.
- Perform janitorial tasks to keep the shop and administrative office clean, safe, and operational.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in proper working order.
- Coordinate parts delivery and pickup, manage logistics, and support ongoing projects.
- Collaborate across teams, following safety protocols and assisting with technical and maintenance tasks as required.
Qualifications :
- Education : GED required.
- Licensing : Valid California Driver’s License with a good driving record. Must be able to be insured.
- Physical Requirements : Ability to drive a large utility vehicle and tolerate moderate to heavy physical activity.
- Communication Skills : Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience : Previous experience in construction, technical, or mechanical fields is preferred.
