A company is looking for a Call Center Representative for Health Insurance in remote locations.Key Responsibilities : Provide personalized call experiences focusing on problem resolution without scripted responsesBuild rapport with diverse callers to assess situations and offer complex solutionsFocus on quality, first-call resolution, and efficient processing to help clients achieve financial clarityRequired Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent;
post-secondary education preferredExperience in financial services or insuranceAbility to navigate complex customer interactions to resolutionWillingness to adapt to change in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work full-time between 9 : 30 a.
