Position Overview : A successful Customer Service Associate for our retail store will strive to provide exceptional service to our customers, always aiming to create special experiences that go above and beyond.
Position Details :
- Develop a deep understanding of our products to offer friendly and solution-oriented service to customers
- Provide personalized service at every stage of interaction with customers
- Effectively communicate sales and promotions to customers
- Proactively resolve customer concerns with empowerment to provide positive resolutions
- Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the sales floor and other areas
- Accurately and efficiently process all register transactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer-centric mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Environmental Factors :
- Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
- Frequent bending and lifting of up to twenty pounds
- Use of a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day
