Marketing Associate
Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their team! This position is located in Riverwoods, Illinois.
Duties :
- Review, create audit documents, communicate updates to issuers, validate changes until completion, track and report status
- Receive complaints, escalate to resolve the issue, track escalations, and report issues to management as needed
- Add, update, and retire content on InfoNet
- Create content on Uberflip, including updating SEO / Meta data, uploading images, implementing content refresh
Desired Skills / Experience :
- Advanced use of digital office software including Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Teams
- Comfortable with technology, including editing and reading basic HTML and CSS code
- Familiar with Sprout Social
- Independent worker with strong project management
- Strong attention to detail, good communication, and project tracking
- Well-versed in CMS applications including Service Now, Sharepoint, and Uberflip
