We are seeking "freakishly good" Software and Machine Learning Engineers for a full-time position in Cambridge. Our rapidly growing startup applies advanced econometrics and comprehensive research data to tackle some of today's most challenging societal issues.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in software engineering or machine learning
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis
  • Familiarity with econometric methods and causal inference
  • Knowledge of AI and deep learning frameworks

Daily Responsibilities

  • 60% Hands-On coding and analysis
  • 20% Collaborative problem-solving with interdisciplinary teams
