Quality Inspector

Our client, who provides precision machining services, is needing a Quality Inspector to join their growing team.

Job Title : Quality Inspector

Location : Circle Pines, MN

Pay Rate Range : $58,000 - $79,000

Shift : 2nd shift M-Th 4pm - 2 : 30am

What's the Job?

• Inspect in-process and finished aerospace components using a variety of tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMMs, etc)
• Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) per AS9100 standards
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective preventative actions for nonconforming products
• Review manufacturing documentation for compliance with quality requirements
• Maintain accurate inspection records, test data, and nonconformance reports
• Support internal and external audits, including AS9100 audits and customer quality visits
• Calibrate measuring tools and equipment as required
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
• Monitor and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures
