Our client will deliver AI transformation in partnership with its clients in one or more of three stages Advise, Implement and Operate.

While it initially expects to offer more strategic advise work initially, it will focus on creating long-term engagements.

These are crucial to the ongoing success of clients, given the complexity and rapid change of the data and AI market.

Position Summary

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead critical AI consulting engagements, applying your deep knowledge of AI technologies and business strategy to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

You will work closely with client teams to understand their challenges and design AI-driven strategies to achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, or participate in leading, AI consulting projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect AI solutions that address client needs and drive tangible business outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and craft tailored AI solutions.
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, gaining deep insights into their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Conduct data analysis and apply machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Utilize your expertise in AI technologies and industry trends to develop tailored AI strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, webinars, and industry conferences.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders through clear, impactful presentations.
• Contribute to the development of capabilities and offerings.
• Mentor and support Analyst Consultants in their projects and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, with a preference for qualifications in computer science
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, or data analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and industry trends, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of leading successful projects and delivering impactful AI solutions.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, data analysis, and AI technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in AI / ML technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, etc.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and tools (e.g., Python, R).
