Oral Surgeon Opportunity – Norwood & Mansfield, MA

A well-established, multi-location oral surgery practice in upscale Massachusetts communities is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon to join its growing team. The group is highly regarded for its commitment to clinical excellence, patient-focused care, and timely access to oral surgery services. Compensation & Benefits :

Tiered Collections Model : Compensation grows with performance, supported by high collections and strong reimbursement rates

Annual Guarantee : $33,333 monthly guarantee during the first year (or tiered model, whichever is greater) to provide financial security while building a patient base

Debt Assistance : $2,000 per month for the first year to help offset student loan payments

Relocation : Negotiable support available

Continuing Education : $2,500 annual CE allowance for advanced training, travel, and course fees

Paid Time Off : Four (4) weeks
