Job Description
- Review, draft, and negotiate supply, purchase, service, transportation, and related agreements for commercial transactions.
- Handle a wide variety of corporate and commercial projects.
- Provide practical legal counsel and solutions to clients on business-related matters.
- Engage in significant client contact and work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience (M&A experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly grasp business concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Admission to the South Carolina State Bar preferred (other state admissions considered if willing to become licensed in SC).
- Eagerness to ask questions, learn, and contribute to a team environment.
