Job Description :

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists to work at a partnering school district in Riverside, California. We bring more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

School-Based Physical Therapist Contract Details :

$47 - $60 an hour
Dates Aug 5, 2024 to May 31, 2025
7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm with a 30 min unpaid lunch for a total of 8 hours per day
40 hours per week start and end times can vary based on school
PT will case manage, complete Assessments, reports, attend IEP meetings, and provide services for 47-50 students attending Public Schools and Non-Public Schools within a 45 minute radius, Mileage will be paid for travel between school sites and to & from any Non-Public Schools
Monday - Friday with all school holidays off
As a specialist in movement the Physical Therapist will assist the students' physical participation in a variety of settings throughout the school day
Assigned schools may include various grade levels
May be asked to travel between school locations, mileage reimbursement will apply if Physical Therapists work between multiple school locations

Requirements :

California Physical Therapist License
American Heart Associaton BLS
School experience

Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law.
