Immediate need or a Field Service Engineer in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily onsite support of our customers with CDI Laser Engraving Equipment (Digital Flexo).
Pay $30-35 / hr. WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL : Perform onsite services for customers, including : New installations Operator training Electrical, mechanical, laser optics repairs Preventative maintenance Field upgrades and machine software upgrades Traveling up to 90% (local travel : 50% overnight travel : 50%) WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS : Customer-oriented skills and with good ability to clearly communicate progress Excellent record keeping (service reports and spare parts) and follow up A hands-on, proactive approach and can work independently Ability to work under stress of deadlines and down equipment Flexibility to travel with overnight stays.
