DGH is a leading manufacturer of technical textiles, fabrics and yarns used in the appliance industry, industrial markets, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

The Global Key Account Manager for Amatex / Norfab will focus on generating sustained revenue growth by supporting customers in the personal protective equipment (PPE), thermal insulation, and industrial textile markets.

This role will emphasize the technical requirements specific to Amatex / Norfab’s product lines, including DREF III spun yarns, and fabrics designed for extreme temperature and high-performance applications.

The Global Key Account Manager will define customer technical requirements, provide effective product solutions, and effectively manage key accounts while expanding to new customers and adjacent markets in focused areas.

  • Maintain and grow existing Amatex / Norfab accounts within PPE, thermal insulation and other key markets to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Source new sales opportunities through targeted accounts in industries such as firefighting , electric arc protection, cut protection, and welding splatter protection.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Amatex / Norfab products, including technical yarns and fabrics for personal protective and industrial applications.
  • Maintain CRM to make sure all contacts, accounts and opportunities are current and complete
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Serve as a conduit for communication between customers and internal teams (i.e. Engineering, Production, etc.)
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Thorough understanding of technical or scientific products to be sold and customer needs.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

Education / Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Marketing, Administration or Business Management, Engineering or a like field.
  • Preferred : +4 years of experience working with sales / account management for industrial customers.
  • Must have the ability and experience of extensive travel for customer interaction up to 65%
