Key Responsibilities
Underwrites loans in compliance with company and investor guidelines
Conducts thorough analyses of loan files, including credit and income evaluations
Communicates with relevant stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues and ensure proper audits are completed
Required Qualifications
Two to five years of mortgage underwriting experience
Thorough knowledge of mortgage loan underwriting processes
FHA Direct Endorsement designation preferred
Experience with Loan Origination Systems and automated underwriting systems preferred
Ability to work in a paperless environment preferred
