Title : Financial Planning & Analysis Director

Aligned Orthopedic Partners is recruiting an experienced FP&A leader to join our organization.
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or engineering; MBA a plus
Experience :
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- Experience with financial modeling, data analysis and data visualization tools and reporting
- Proficient in Financial reporting systems (PowerBI, Hyperion, or Tableau knowledge a plus)
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, high growth business
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter and experiencing building teams and processes
- Experience in a multi-unit environment a plus
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Play a critical role in implementing / maturing financial processes and promoting financial discipline across the organization.
- Implement and scale new budgeting and reporting processes.
- Manage the continued development of Budgeting Process and KPI’s
- Monitor performance indicators, emphasizing trends and analyzing variances
- Assist Controller and CFO with monthly financial package preparation and review
- Perform value added ad-hoc analyses
- Develop financial models and conduct valuation analyses to support strategic initiatives and investments
- Eventually build team to support growing business
