Compensation : $57,500-$68,000 Annual Salary

About the Role :

As a therapist at Sandstone Care, you will play a vital role in our mission. You will :

• Provide high-quality and empathic therapy to individuals and groups, addressing the root causes of the client's substance use and mental health diagnosis.
• Facilitate engaging and effective 3-hour clinical groups daily, covering topics such as coping skills, relapse prevention, and life skills.
• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives the best possible care and achieves their recovery goals.

Qualifications :

Education : Minimum of a master's degree in a Behavioral Health Science required (clinical social work, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field)

• Required to be a licensed clinician in the state of Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Provisional Licensed will also be considered (LPCC, LSW, MFTC)
• All staff must be CPR-certified prior to their first day of employment
• 1-year Previous experience with treating mental health conditions.
• Preferred experience with a treatment facility in residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and / or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings.
