LHH has partnered with a great insurance client to help find their next CSR team member. You will be the primary point of contact for their clients, providing exceptional service and support.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellence in service.
Responsibilities :
Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage options, claims processes, and billing inquiries.
Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and updates to their accounts.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently.
Process new insurance policies, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's database.
Review policy documents with customers, ensuring they understand coverage details and terms.
Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
Provide guidance on risk management strategies and proactive measures to protect assets and mitigate losses.
Offer recommendations for additional coverage based on customer needs and circumstances.
Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
Explain billing statements and payment options, helping customers understand their financial obligations.
Follow up on overdue accounts and facilitate payment arrangements when necessary.
Qualifications :
Proven customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of insurance principles, products, and regulations is desirable.
