Job Details and Duties

• $43k-$45k annually
• 1st shift, Monday Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with one late evening day
• Answer inbound calls from external and internal customers and diagnose performance issues with windows and doors
• Schedule service technicians to complete assigned service tasks.
• Order products and parts for successful completion of service events
• Track service events from inception to completion provide status updates to customers, sales personnel, and management
• Manage customer collections
• Apply for appropriate credit from Pella Corporation for warranty work
• Assist walk-in customers who need service parts or to schedule service work.

Job Requirements

• 1 2-year experience in project coordination or construction is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications
• Must be a team player and exhibit a strong desire to learn and promote self-growth
• Must be able to demonstrate organizational skills, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
