Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and licensed School Psychologist to join a school district in the Miramar, CA area.
This is a full-time, on-site position serving students from Kindergarten to 12th grade for the 2024-2025 school year.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Interpret assessment results and collaborate with educational teams to develop appropriate interventions and educational plans.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed.
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and behavioral success.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' special education needs.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or related field.
- California state license or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with K-12th grade students preferred.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with school personnel and families.
