Shipping Associate

Location : 1515 W 17th St, Tempe, AZ 85281
Shift : Full time, day shift (5am - 3 : 30pm)
Due to the nature of work performed in our facility, all employees must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Responsibilities :

Assists OSP with shipping when carrier services are involved

Maintains finished goods inventory – weekly cycle counting

Coordinates / communicates with Quality and Production departments on daily needs

Assists with WIP movement updates

Communicates updates to customers as required (end of day ship list and tracking detail)

Packages parts for shipment or inventory

Verifies and adheres to customer delivery requirements

Qualifications :

Ability to stand, lift, reach, grasp, bend, stoop, squat and / or walk the majority of the shift

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted

Ability to work well with others

Ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn

Due to ITAR requirements, must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Other experience that includes :

ERP / MRP system experience

Logistics knowledge (FedEx, UPS, Freight Services)

Minimum 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Office

Forklift certified (or willing to become certified once hired)

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift 40+ pounds on a regular basis

Requires standing, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, reaching, sitting, fine hand / finger manipulation up to 8 hours per day
