About Lead Forensics
We are a fast-growing SaaS business with offices across US & Europe looking for a talented Sales Manager with the leadership skills to develop and grow a successful sales team.
Responsible for a team of Mid-Market Inside Sales Executives; the focus will be new business, prospecting, product demonstrations, setting product trials, presenting results, and closing contracts to fulfil the sales cycle.
Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission :
- A competitive salary of up to $80,000 per annum OTE of $147,000
- Uncapped and residual commission, meaning you can increase your earnings year after year

Key Skills :
- 2 years + of Sales leadership experience required.
- Proven track record in coaching and developing phone based salespeople and evidence of building a high performing sales team.
- Strong communicator, persuasive, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- A self-starter, who thrives under pressure to achieve challenging goals
