H2 Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our outpatient clinic in Lawton, OK. Our ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating a diverse caseload, ranging from orthopedic conditions, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, post-op cases, and balance programs.
