Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement operational strategies to meet WesleyLife’s mission and vision. Support teams to drive innovative services while focusing on financial stewardship.
- Operations Oversight : Lead the region’s operations, ensuring alignment with WesleyLife standards. Manage projects that enhance facilities, services, and organizational growth.
- Team Leadership : Inspire and motivate teams, driving performance and accountability. Conduct leadership meetings, set goals, and celebrate success while providing ongoing feedback and support.
- Partnership & Growth : Lead regional expansion efforts, develop new partnerships, and collaborate on master planning projects that advance the organization’s goals.
- Financial Management : Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and census goals, ensuring the sustainability of the organization.

QualificationsEducation Required
Bachelors or better in Health Services Administration or related field.
Experience Required
Licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (or ability to obtain within the first year). Experience within a multi-site organization.
8 years :
8+ years of experience in leadership of a continuing care retirement community operations.
