Find your future with us.Position Responsibilities : Monitors network reliability, availability, compliance with Customer Service Level Agreements (SLA), preventative maintenance requirements, and readiness of network components.
Helps to establish priorities of importance during impact resolution during service events.Provide 24x7x365 managed network services and on call trouble resolution.
Ensure that operation management policies, standards and procedures are properly implemented, enhanced, and maintained; including training, incident reporting and resolution, problem management, metrics collection, performance reporting, trend analysis, and Continuity of Operations (COOP).
Analyze, manage, and resolve all issues in a timely manner. Drive innovative solutions to ensure operational excellence, best in class customer service, and continual process improvement is continually realized.
Investigate infrastructure health and identify / resolve infrastructure performance issues before there is customer impactEnsure logs and ticketing is up-to-date with comprehensive details for all events or tasks completed on shift.
Work with a team of network support engineers to coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting service impacts, and improve service.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Kent, WAThis position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) : 1+ years of experience with Network Operations Center managing, supporting and deploying network infrastructures.
3+ years of experience in IT technology troubleshooting resolution.3+ years experience in SATCOM (satellite communication) architectures and design practicesMust be willing to cover on-call shifts, work weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) : 5+ years of experience with written and verbal communication and presentations1+ year of work on a Network Operation Center.
1+ year of experience in customer support and service.CCNAComptia Security+ GIAC GSECTypical Education : Education / experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.
g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.
g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).Shift : This position is for rotational shiftRelocation : Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
