Job Details

Position : Medical Architect

Location : Birmingham, AL highly preferred, open to remote candidates who will travel to Birmingham from time to time (will also pay for relocation to Birmingham)

Target Salary : $120-150k+ (will extend depending on experience)

Qualifications : Needs Hospital / Medical Design experience; Revit experience preferred

Our client is seeking a mission-driven Medical Architect to join our integrated Design, Manufacture, Construct (DMC) team. This role is pivotal in designing, detailing, and delivering high-performance healthcare environments that leverage modular innovation and traditional building logic. You'll shape projects at all phases of design, managing all aspects of architecture projects through final occupancy and merging deep architectural rigor with operational integration.

This role reports to the Chief Design Officer, with dotted-line accountability to project leads and the Director of Architecture. You will interface closely with field superintendents, project managers, and our modular partners.
