Role : Technical Project Manager / Program Manager

Location : Redmond, WA

Duration : Long Term

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage product planning and development through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including architects, developers, designers, subject matter representatives and licensee customers.
  • Experience developing technical roadmaps, story outlines, writing user stories, refining product backlogs and coordinating / prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Document business and technical requirements, create use case scenarios and related technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with system engineers and software architects.
  • Report product development progress to senior managers.
  • Ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee product deployment and integration.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end business scenarios, problem definition, solutions, and technical strategy.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and to ensure programs maintain forward momentum toward clear outcomes.
  • Strive to generate clarity and drive alignment.
  • Document processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with passion for big data. Bonus if you have experience in machine learning, or other Data and AI technologies.

Required Skills :

  • 6+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement and cross-organization events in collaboration with Engineering or Product Management leaders
  • Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.
  • Advanced proficiency in writing clear technical documents, such as business and technical requirements, functional specifications and use cases scenarios.
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages and coding, such as SQL Server’s T-SQL.
  • Monitors feature performance to find opportunities to address continuous improvement Experience in product development planning and providing leadership.
  • Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development.
  • Consistently uses communications skills to influence outcomes.
