You will be part of a team of Physicians and Advance Practice Providers offering outpatient services to patients of all ages in a beautiful, modern standalone health center building.

You will manage your own panel and enjoy a convenient 4 day / week schedule (40 hours, no weekends) with shared phone-only call.
