Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Schedule :

• Looking for a physician who can assist their practice for 32 hours per week starting in February.
• No procedures are required, 20 patients per day, must be able to do physicals, pre-op appointments, transfer of care, sick visits, AWES and chronic illness management.
• Will need to be an independent worker.
• There is some support staff provider will be on their own.
• CT license required. Local candidates will be given preference.
• Office is open 8-5 can do any 8.5 hours(lunch) in that time is great.
• Tues and Fri can accommodate a 7-730 start.
