Job Description :

As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move materials throughout our facility. Your duties will include :

• Forklift Operation : Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Material Handling : Assist with the efficient movement of materials, including loading and unloading trucks, stacking products, and organizing warehouse spaces.
• Inventory Management : Use RF or other handheld scanning devices to accurately manage inventory and ensure correct placement of materials.
• Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine checks on forklifts to ensure they are in proper working order and report any maintenance needs.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Proven experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• A resume is a requirement for this opportunity
• Skills : Strong understanding of forklift operations, safety procedures, and material handling practices.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and operate machinery in a fast-paced environment.
• Age Requirement : Must be 18 years or older due to machinery and equipment utilization.

Working Conditions :

• Environment : This role involves working in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving machinery.
• Shifts : Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, either during the day or night, rotating weeks.
