Corgan is actively recruiting dynamic Project Specialists to join the firm as part of our Data Centers market sector. The firm is currently working on innovative and challenging projects throughout the .

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual seeking progressively more responsible assignments on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities include :

• Assisting on full life cycle projects
• Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
• Translating concepts and information into images
• Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
• Assisting with contract administration responsibilities
• Coordinating with a variety of consultants

Qualifications

Qualified candidates already exhibit these strengths and talents :

• Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
• Pursuing architectural registration
• Internship experience or some professional experience is desired
• Revit proficiency strongly preferred. Experience with other 3D software is a plus.
• Exhibit strong organizational, design, detailing, teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team
• Strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and communication skills are also desired
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential

Base Salary Range : $68,000 - $75,000 annually New York & Los Angeles locations only

The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in these locations only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.

In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
