Corrpro Canada is Canada's largest corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for protecting and preserving infrastructure.
We provide professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies.
Corrpro Canada has complete construction installation services, including crews and equipment to install any cathodic protection system for any type of structure.
WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR :
- Analyze, review, and negotiate terms and conditions of customer Master Service Agreements (MSAs), service agreements, subcontractor agreements, vendor, and non-disclosure agreements in compliance with the company's policies.
- Work with the sales and estimating teams to evaluate RFQ’s / RFP’s, draft proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize commercial agreements.
- Comprehensive contract management responsibilities, including maintaining compliance to existing MSA’s and negotiation of extensions.
- Assist in development of special contract language and custom agreements to meet project needs.
- Collaborate with sales, operations and safety to ensure accuracy and compliance with insurance and safety certification requirements.
- Develop and manage a database for agreed contract terms and conditions.
- Work with business leaders to identify commercial risk and develop solutions to avoid onerous liabilities through risk-mitigation strategies.
- Act as a primary contact with the company’s external law firm
- Contribute to the development of sales and estimation tools, systems and processes
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Law, Commerce or Business Administration or related
- Experience handling multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required.
- Experience handling a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization may exist and able to interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Experience working independently and exercising sound judgment and demonstrate ownership and initiative
- Microsoft Office skills required.
