Take responsibility for developing and implementing effective cost-reduction strategies and processes to manage supply chain productivity performance and ensure operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements, establish governance frameworks, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve organizational goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupports supply chain organization on establishing productivity strategies across all categories and business units to achieve goals.
Develop, implement, and maintain a robust governance framework for productivity and process improvement initiatives.Gathers and evaluates information to inform decision-making and minimize risk where applicable.
Takes responsibility to promote improvement by identifying, sharing and applying lessons learnt.Identifies process gaps and works on improvements and transformation with cross functional team.
Prepare and present reports on the progress and impact of productivity initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
