Call Center CSR Needed Friendly, Eager and Accurate

Our next Call Center CSR will love the goal-oriented nature of the role. The easy to learn scripts we use provide the structure needed to shine.
This self-starter will take the bull by the horns and enthusiastically perform the job duties assigned, and then ask for more! They know attention to detail, precision, and following the processes are paramount to delivering the best work.

Most of your time will be spent talking to customers on the phone via outbound calling, converting those calls to booked appointments, and being an advocate for our company by adhering to the high standards we’ve set for ourselves.

- Work Hours : 4 : 00pm - 7 : 00pm Monday - Thursday, plus Saturday hour opportunities available
- Hourly Compensation : $40 per hour

Required Experience and Traits
- Previous customer service, particularly call center based, preferred, but we will be happy to train the right candidate we hire for personality over experience.
- Reliable transportation
- Great phone voice
- Intermediate computer skills (will work with ServiceTitan our CRM, Microsoft Excel, and other web-based apps
- Superior attention to detail, organized, eager to work, coachable, and motivated
