Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing growth strategies, and managing the sales process.

This role also involves analyzing market trends, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a sales hunter mentality supporting the newly opened SES facility in Salt Lake City, UT. Position is salary + commission opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Experience in analyzing market trends and conducting market research
  • Knowledge of environmental sustainability and waste management
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools
