Fit is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Mobile, Alabama to lead field operations on high-impact projects across the Southeast. From groundbreaking to closeout, you\u2019ll drive safety and quality, and schedule performance on ground-up and renovation jobs ranging from $1M\u2013$20M+. Salary is in the $120K range, depending on experience, plus bonus, 401K, benefits, company vehicle allowance, professional development, and training support.

Duties :

  • Lead all field operations, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Champion safety culture and enforce OSHA\ / RWI standards
  • Drive schedules, coordinate trades, and ensure top-tier quality
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, design teams, inspectors, and clients

Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of leadership in the commercial construction field leadership
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills
  • Proficiency with Procore and blueprint\ / spec reading
  • Commitment to safety and quality excellence
