At many financial services firms, the advisor’s only job is to grow the amount of assets under management. The good news is, there is a better way.

We focus on simplicity when educating our clients about financial concepts including Volatility, Fees, and Taxes. We believe this allows our clients to develop a lifetime strategy that focuses on efficiency.

The Fitzpatrick Group needs talented advisors to help accomplish this mission.

Compensation

  • Uncapped commissions & bonuses
  • $30,000-$50,000 base stipend dependent on sales experience & previous success
  • Compounded trails and renewals

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written
  • Sales experience is a plus

Position Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on The Ideal Portfolio , and the positive impact of reducing taxes, fees, and market volatility
  • Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirement
  • Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
  • Build a book of business through networking, referrals, and natural market
  • You will be challenged and held accountable to build a sustainable book of business.

Our 10-week training program and on-going monthly training sessions will challenge you. You will learn what it means to disrupt the industry.
