What You Will Do

A team member at this level is expected to perform a variety of tasks related to forge / heat treat in a modern, manufacturing setting.

This position requires a mechanical and technical aptitude and an ability to follow work instructions. Comply with all environmental, health, and safety requirement.

• This is a 12 hour weekend shift (630p-6 : 30a)
• Able to read and follow work instructions.
• Measure and inspect forged parts to ensure conformance to product specifications.
• Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
• Measure concentricity using indicators.
• Able to read forge blueprints.
• Build heat-treat load per work instruction.
• Load / Unload furnace

Qualifications You Must Have

• HS Diploma or GED
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program / contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

• 1 year experience in manufacturing (machine operator)
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Forging experience and knowledge of forge cell

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
