Collaborate closely with sales, finance, warehouse, supply chain, shipping, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Maintain real-time order tracking, provide status updates, and prepare regular reports on order performance, fulfillment timelines, and issue trends. Investigate discrepancies, delays, or order challenges with urgency and professionalism, recommending proactive solutions. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance order accuracy, and improve customer satisfaction. Apply structured analysis to prioritize tasks, anticipate issues, and propose operational efficiencies. Where applicable, support special projects, including system upgrades, process documentation, and cross-team initiatives. 3+ years in order management, customer service, logistics, supply chain, or similar operational role. Proficiency with ERP or order management platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle). Understanding of inventory management and supply chain coordination. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability to address complex order challenges. Experience leading or supporting projects related to operations, workflows, or system improvements. Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP) and strong command of Microsoft Office Suite. Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence across departments. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable navigating shifting priorities while maintaining focus on key deliverables.
