General Responsibility :

The duties of the Single-family (SFH) HVAC Installer are an intricate role for the HVAC department. The SFH HVAC Installer will assist in the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in single-family new construction. Installations will be up to code and 20 / 20 Plumbing Inc. quality standards. Reports to assigned job site on time and ready to work

Significant Duties :

• Purchase required tools as listed for New Construction HVAC Installer
• Arrive at jobsite at scheduled time and location as dispatched
• Follow instructions from Supervisor and Lead Installer and carry out in timely manner
• Unload truck supplies and equipment
• Participate in quarterly inventory.
• Attend and participate in employee meetings, trainings.
• Develop customer service, communication and teamwork skills with Contractor Representatives, Supervisors, Co-Workers and other Sub-Contractors on job sites.
• Hole Cutting Metal & Wood o Duct connection and installation
• Nailing and framing outlets o Installation of duct and flex to code and AMI Quality Standards.
• Install and properly vent bath fan
• Believes in and champions 20 / 20’s core values and inspires others to do the same.
• Installation of Gas Lines – NO HOOKUP

Skills and Qualifications :

Physical Requirements :

The position of SFH HVAC Installer requires that you are able to lift objects that weigh up to 75 pounds, squat, kneel, twist, bend, and work above head and below waist. Ability to sit long periods, stand, walk, climb stairs and use of hands, fingers, wrists, and arms.
