Sales Manager
Location : Dallas, Texas
Our client is passionate about cars and providing customers with the best experience. They’re a group of highly trained individuals in all aspects of the automotive repair and insurance claim process.
Their goal is to foster an environment of trust and actively educate customers on their options, rights, and alternatives to conventional repair facilities.
They use the most up-to-date paintless dent removal and rely on our knowledge, training, and experience to provide the highest quality paintless dent repair.
The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales & excellent leadership skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily sales activities, monitor sales metrics, and report on sales performance.
- Communicate effectively with senior management to provide insights.
- Optimize resources to maximize sales productivity and profitability.
- Close deals.
SKILLS
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role. Required .
- Proven track record in managing sales teams. Required .
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and sales metrics.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
