Job Description
What you will bedoing :
- Identify and targetpotential customers through research networking and lead generationactivities.
- Conduct outbound sales calls andemails to prospective clients to introduce transportation servicesand solutions.
- Develop and maintain a pipelineof qualified prospects and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existingcustomers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction andretention.
- Conduct regular followups withcustomers to assess their needs address any concerns and identifyadditional sales opportunities.
- Provideexceptional customer service by responding promptly to customerinquiries and resolving issues.
- Prepare anddeliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potentialand existing customers.
- Collaborate withinternal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customerrequirements.
- Negotiate pricing terms andcontracts with customers to close sales deals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industrytrends competitors and customer needs.
- Analyzesales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities forgrowth and improvement.
- Provide insights andrecommendations to management based on market and customeranalysis.
- Work closely with other departmentssuch as operations logistics and customer service to ensureseamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and executesales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to thedevelopment of sales strategies and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customerinteractions and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts tomanagement.
- Ensure all sales documentationincluding contracts and proposals are completed accurately and in atimely manner.
Experience you willneed :
- Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Marketing or a related field ispreferred.
- Previous experience in inside salesparticularly within the transportation or logistics industry ishighly desirable.
- Strong sales and negotiationskills.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with CRMsoftware and salesrelated technology.
- Abilityto understand customer needs and provide tailoredsolutions.
- Strong organizational andmultitasking skills.
