job_description.job_card.job_description???? What You’ll Do Lead the development and expansion of AGM’s Lean culture across the organization. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive cross-functional teams to execute them. Facilitate and implement Lean tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, etc.) to enhance operations. Design efficient workstations, run mock trials, conduct time studies, and present actionable results. Collaborate with Operations and Engineering leadership to align Lean strategies with company goals. Recommend product design improvements to enhance manufacturability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and internal procedures. Support the manufacturing floor with real-time problem solving and process documentation. Minimal travel for engineering meetings. Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (required). 5+ years of experience in Lean manufacturing, preferably in a High Mix Low Volume environment. Proven success implementing Lean tools and leading process improvements. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. ????
