What You’ll Do : The Loss Prevention (LP) Global Solution Delivery Team is dedicated to managing solutions and technologies that help protect our associates and customers, preserve company assets, and drive business value.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver loss prevention solutions and contribute to enhancing our overall security framework.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for the team.
• Support backlog refinement for the Loss Prevention team, including user story point estimation and testing considerations.
• Articulate requirements and solutions, working to build consensus within the stakeholder group.
• Partner with the product team to meet iteration goals and objectives.
• Ensure the functional integrity of the product or solution throughout its development lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 5-10 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead discussions with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

• 1-3 years of experience in SAFe framework / Agile delivery methods.
• Experience in the Loss Prevention field.
• Familiarity with Loss Prevention applications such as Genetec, Appriss, or other related platforms.
• Knowledge of retail industry best practices.
• Experience working with vendors and 3rd-party solutions.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
