Job Title : Key Account Manager-Direct Dispense
Location : Remote
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve and ideally exceed sales goals within assigned geography.
- Establish relationships with key decision makers within the Corporate Account's corporate office, becoming the lead point of contact.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand direct dispensing and the OTC product offerings to increase dispensing services adoption.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Provide training and support to physicians and their staff on dispensing solutions, ensure smooth implementation and ongoing success.
- Analyze sales data, performance, and trends. Formulate and implement strategies to create product demand and sales revenue.
- Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and products, provide regular progress updates to various groups in the home office, and respond to requests for information regarding regional business.
- Develop and foster positive relationships with local team members with shared accounts with other business units.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, MBA preferred.
- Minimum eight (8) years of related commercial experience required; may include (but not limited to) sales, product / brand management, sales training management, national account management (trade and / or managed care), and / or similar experience.
- Previous dermatology sales experience required.
- Documented track record of success in previous sales roles.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and formulate and execute action plans.
- 60% travel required.
- Must be located within major metropolitan area.
- Excellent verbal and communication as well as presentation skills.
- Demonstrate high level of integrity and accountability.
- Must be proficient with MS Office, Windows, and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software.
