As a Product Manager - Business Banking, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our suite of digital solutions tailored for small to mid-sized businesses. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming how businesses manage their finances through cutting-edge digital tools across online, mobile, and open banking channels. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative in solving complex challenges unique to the business banking sector.

What You Will Do :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analysts, UX, Development, QA) to ensure business banking requirements are accurately translated into product features.
• Develop and communicate product roadmaps that align with the strategic goals of business banking, including cash flow management, payments, lending, and account services.
• Make informed product decisions that maximize value for business clients while balancing budget and timeline constraints.
• Act as a key contributor in identifying and prioritizing enhancements that address the evolving needs of business customers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in business banking, providing insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Engage with business clients to gather feedback and validate product direction.
• Support go-to-market strategies with relevant documentation, including sales collateral, feature guides, and implementation resources.
• Leverage market research and client data to inform product development and ensure alignment with business banking trends and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor usage patterns and client behavior to drive data-informed decisions for future enhancements.
