Assistant Restaurant General Manager

Full Time

$17.00 to $19.00 per hour plus TIPS

You will be trained to lead and develop a team so they may accomplish their dreams. You will be a steward of the brand and help instill the Mission, Purpose, and Values of Costa Vida at your location.

Costa Vida began in 2003, redefining what it means to operate a fast-casual, Mexican Inspired Restaurant. We developed recipes that require meals to be cooked from scratch, creating a space where families can enjoy quality food and customer service.

Specific Responsibilities include :

Ensures that food is kept within proper temperature guidelines.

Assist the GM by maintaining good knowledge of the HAACP program and executing by the Costa Vida standards.

Ensures that safety standards are followed while cooking or preparing food within the restaurant.

Ensures that all prepared recipes meet not only taste standards, but appearance standards as well.

PROVIDING the ULTIMATE GUEST and TEAM MEMBER EXPERIENCE :

Provides a clean, safe environment in which Guests feel comfortable to dine.

Ensures all guests are treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism.

Trains employees with a high Guest satisfaction mentality, providing great service and product at all times.

Builds relationships with Guests, leading to repeat visits and therefore increased sales. Methods including table touching, identifying repeat visitors then acting accordingly and extra efforts for kids.

Hourly Wage : $17.00 - $19.00 per hour PLUS TIPS

Flexible Schedule : Full-Time
