Responsibilitiesinclude :
- ClientAcquisition andManagement :
- Identifyand engage with potential clients in the ITsector.
- Buildand maintain longterm client relationships understanding theirstaffing needs and providing tailoredsolutions.
- Developand present compelling sales proposals to secure newbusiness.
- MarketResearch andStrategy :
- Conductmarket research to identify trends and opportunities in ITstaffing.
- Createand execute strategic plans to expand market share and achievesalestargets.
- CollaborationandCoordination :
- Workclosely with the recruitment team to ensure the successfulplacement of ITprofessionals.
- Coordinatewith the client s Sales Director and leadership to align salesstrategies with overall businessgoals.
- SalesProcessManagement :
- Managethe entire sales cycle from lead generation to closingdeals.
- Maintainaccurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRMtools.
- Monitorand report on sales performance adjusting strategies asneeded.
Requirements
Qualifications :
EducationandExperience :
- Bachelorsdegree or Associates Degree with three (3) years of professionalexperience OR four (4) years of professionalexperience.
- Atleast one (1) year of sales experience in B2B staffing preferablyIT or other technicalareas.
- Astrong understanding of IT in the Pharma / Healthcare orAutomation / Engineering / Validation domains ishelpful.
- Strongwritten verbal and negotiationskills.
- Astrong sense of urgency exceptional presentation skills and a highlevel of professionalism and integrity areessential.
- Resiliencein overcoming challenges and a collaborative approach to achievinggoals.
- Astrong willingness and ability to learn arerequired.
